Diagnosis of Neuralgia Bouts


It is important to make sure that the pain caused by diabetic foot and not for another reason:
  •   appears in the form of severe and chronic pain
  •   usually characterized by pain in both feet and in the degree of equal
  •   usually over in the evening
  •   usually is not synchronized with the movement
  •   can appear in the form of numbness or tingling sensation like pins and needles in the feet
  •   If the pain in one foot  it must exclude other causes such as arthritis, foot and ankle problems, the problems of the spine, the presence of other neurological disorders.

Other symptoms associated with:
 
increased sensitivity to pain, a sense of pain for things that are not painful, such as socks
 
increased sensitivity to heat
 
greater sense of pressure
 
continued numbness and tingling
