Assess the general condition of the patient:
This is done through medical history, and clinical detection, and perform some tests and examinations such as:
o the public image of the blood, kidney function, liver function
o the level of sugar in the blood, the level of control in the blood HbA1C
o the level of fat - cholesterol
o Chest X-ray and ECG
