There
is a great danger of the presence of long nails in patients
with diabetes who suffer from a lack of feelings or ischemia, or cut the
wrong way, it may lead to ulcers in the foot, so it is recommend the
following:
o nails should be checked on a daily basis
o must be cut using nail scissors good and appropriate
o Do not use scissors or razor
o Do not cut nails too - very short
o Do not cut nails at the aspects
o You must cut the nails and the level of a straight line from one party to another
o Make sure there are no sharp protrusions on the outskirts of the nails
o the use of coolant in the trim nails
o
If you suffer from thickening of the toenails or change the color of
yellow or of growth within the skin problem consult your doctor or foot
care specialist
o If you suffer from low vision, or difficulty in access to the toenails, ask any adult trim your nails
o can be used the specialists to remove the nails
