In an understanding to the importance of individuals and communities’ problems and finding scientific solutions for, nations of all time strived to enhance various scientific researches. For a university to shine is only natural in a civilized community believing in becoming a nation of knowledge. Hence, collaborative efforts, public and private organizations, is focusing on achieving high quality researches for our community to flourish in good health.
In sponsoring diabetic foot scientific chair, I aspire for scientific research to mind the gap to a medical problem witnessing a rapid increase particularly during the last few decades.
We look forward to “Muhammad Bin Husain Alamoudi Chair for Diabetic Foot Research” to fulfill the role of raising awareness and accurately educating people with diabetes, by publishing series of books and pamphlets about the necessity of preventing diabetic foot ulcers to avoid serious consequences. As it has been said “better safe than sorry” and “ prevention is better than cure”.
Finally, I would like to offer both my respect and gratitude to King Abdulaziz University and all of researchers working for the scientific chair.
