Movement Helps to Fight Against Diabetes

German study found that most people with diabetes can tackle the disease effectively through self-effort.
The specialist sports science and the supervisor of the study, Gerhard Huber, the diabetes disease "can escape it."

disease or a positive impact on the general sense of the patient .. but

health insurance in collaboration with the German Federation of Sports
and the remedial courses were offered specializing in movement and sport
for people with diabetes in nine German cities. Participated in the study of 250 patients with the disease.
Improved performance

expert pointed out that the durability of the participants in the study
